Included PowerChute Network Shutdown management software helps to provide unattended, yet proper shutdowns of network operating systems, and also included is a pre-installed APC AP9631 Network Management Card and a rack mounting rail kit. Support is provided by a limited 3-year repair or replace warranty that excludes the battery, as well as a limited 2-year battery warranty.
